Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Supr ("Supr", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the Supr mobile application and this website (together, the "Service"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the Service with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

2. Your account

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and be responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us right away at collabs@prayerlock.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos and posts you upload. By publishing a spot to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non exclusive, royalty free license to host, store, resize, reproduce, and display that content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Service. This license ends when you delete the content, other than for copies kept in routine backups for a limited time.

You represent that you took the photos you upload or otherwise have the right to share them, and that sharing them does not violate anyone's rights.

4. Community rules and objectionable content

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior on Supr. You agree not to post or do any of the following:

• Harassment, threats, hate speech, or targeting any person or group.
• Sexually explicit, violent, or graphic content.
• Photos that expose someone's private information, including readable license plates paired with location, house numbers, or a person's home address.
• Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights.
• Spam, scams, fake spots, bots, or artificially inflated activity.
• Promotion of illegal street racing, reckless driving, vehicle theft, or any other illegal activity.
• Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your affiliation with anyone.

Reporting, blocking, and enforcement

Every spot, comment, and profile in the app can be reported using the report control. You can also block any user, which hides their content from you and prevents them from contacting you. We review reports and act within 24 hours, removing content that violates these rules and ejecting the users who post it. Repeated or serious violations result in permanent removal of the account. You can also email collabs@prayerlock.com to report content or request a takedown.

5. Safety while spotting

Never use the Service while driving. Do not trespass on private property, obstruct traffic, or put yourself or anyone else at risk to get a photo. You are solely responsible for your conduct while using the app, and you agree to follow all applicable laws, including traffic laws and any local rules about photography.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything unlawful, harmful, or abusive.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
• Interfere with, disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service or other users' content without written permission.

7. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and the Supr name and logo, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, limited, non transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own non commercial use, subject to these Terms.

8. Copyright complaints

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to collabs@prayerlock.com that identifies the work, the content in question, your contact details, and a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorized. We remove infringing content and terminate repeat infringers.

9. Subscriptions and payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. Purchases made in the iOS app are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. Unless stated otherwise:

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under Apple's refund policy.
• We may change pricing going forward, with notice before the change applies to you.

10. Changes to the Service

We are actively developing the Service and may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will try to give reasonable notice before making changes that materially reduce functionality you rely on.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free, and we are not responsible for content posted by other users.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supr and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or fifty United States dollars.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Supr from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless applicable law in your country of residence requires otherwise.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, provide notice in the app or by email. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
