Reporting a spot, comment, or user

Every spot, comment, and profile has a report control inside the app, and you can block any user from their profile. Reports are reviewed and acted on within 24 hours. If you would rather email, send the username and a screenshot to the address above with the subject "Content report".

Deleting your account

You can delete your account and everything in it, including your uploaded photos, from inside the app under Settings. If you cannot reach that screen, email us from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account" and we will remove your data within 30 days.

Taking down a photo of your car

If a spot shows your vehicle or property and you want it removed, send us the link or a screenshot and we will review it. We take down content that exposes a plate together with a location, a house number, or anything that identifies where someone lives.

Reporting a bug

Helpful details to include: your device model, your iOS version, the app version shown in Settings, and what you were doing when it happened. A screenshot or screen recording speeds things up a lot.
